Dr. Toby Brandon
DMD • Owner
Dr. Toby Brandon, a Belmont native, was born and raised in Mississippi. He received his bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University followed by his DMD from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 2019. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife Emily and his three children. He also is an avid outdoorsman, golfer and Mississippi State fan.
Jennifer Gaston, RDH
Hygienist
Jennifer has been a valued member of our dental team since 2002. She is a 1997 graduate of the Northeast Mississippi School of Dental Hygiene, she is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. Jennifer enjoys brightening smiles, building lasting relationships with her patients, and providing gentle, compassionate care. She is committed to making every visit comfortable while helping patients maintain excellent oral health for years to come.
Mandy Ellis
Financial Coordinator
As the Treatment and Financial Coordinator , I play a key role in ensuring every patient feels informed, confident and supported throughout their dental journey. I serve as the bridge between clinical care and financial clarity-helping patients fully understand their treatment plans while guiding them through insurance benefits, payment and financing options.
Amy Sheffield
Office Manager
Amy has been a dedicated member of our dental practice since 1996 and proudly serves as our Office Manager. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both our patients and our team. As the first smiling face you’ll see when you arrive, Amy is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment and helping every patient feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.

Amy is a registered dental hygienist with over 30 years of experience dedicated to helping patients achieve lifelong oral health. She is known for her personalized approach, taking time to build relationships and coach patients toward healthy habits. A Saltillo native, Amy was raised on a farm rooted in over 80 years of family tradition, shaping her strong work ethic and commitment to caring for others. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, boating and creating special memories with her family.
Lydia Lewis
Lead Chairside Assistant
Lydia has been a valued member of our dental team since 2018 and serves as our Lead Chairside Assistant. She is known for her sweet, calming personality and infectious laugh, helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their visit. Lydia is dedicated to providing exceptional care and works closely with Dr. Brandon to ensure each patient receives a wonderful and seamless dental experience.
Haylee Spears
Chairside Assistant
Haylee joined our dental team in 2024 as one of our chairside dental assistants. Known for her warm personality and friendly smile, Haylee enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visit. She is dedicated to providing excellent support during treatment and works closely with Dr. Brandon to ensure each patient has a positive experience.
